IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER

- Terms of Use Agreement
Providers will need to agree to our Terms of Use Agreement during the Enrollment Process. Checkout cannot be completed without agreeing to these Terms.

- Liability Insurance Coverage
Providers must provide proof of Liability Insurance coverage in order to attend any LifeSync Event™. (See Terms of Use Agreement for details.)

- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any event must be received in writing no later than 72 hours before the Event date. Events cancelled after the cancellation deadline will be billed at 100%.  Events cancelled after the posted reservation deadline will be billed at 50%.  (See the Provider Information Kit for more detail.)

- Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
