Does the Event cost my company anything?
We do not charge the Event Host Company any fees.
How is LifeSync compensated?
LifeSync Events are sponsored by the participating Wellness Providers.
What Providers are likely to be at my event?
LifeSync provides the Event Host with an Internet-based Employee Interest Survey. Based on the Survey results, Providers are matched with employee interests. We also consider your current company’s insurance provider and strive to ensure Providers are in your Insurance Network. As an Event Host, you will always have final approval.
How much lead time do you need to produce an event?
In most cases, to properly produce an event from start to finish, we need about 45 days.
What do I, as Event Host, have to do?
Our experienced event team will coordinate all the details, from space planning, to set-up, to break-down. We only ask that you provide general information that helps us ensure your event is unique and assist with internal event promotion. So, all you have to do is attend and have fun.
Where is the Event held? How much space is needed?
Typically, events are held at your location, in conference rooms, cafeterias, and common areas. Space requirements are dependent on the number of event attendees and Providers. We can also assist in securing an off-site location, if needed.
Do I have to provide the tables and chairs for Providers?
No, LifeSync Events will handle all the details.
Will the Providers be insured?
Not only does LifeSync have Liability coverage, but in order to participate in any LifeSync Event, each Provider is required to have an Insurance Certificate on file with the Event Coordinator.
